How I Conduct Myself
I conduct myself professionally and personally according to 3 criterion 
  1. Whatever I do I try my hardest to have it help other people and make their lives better. My past work history is proof of this. Working at the Missouri Orthopedic Institute, the YMCA, and Officer Candidate School are all examples of my drive to help others and my service oriented mindset. If it is within my means, you better believe I am going to help you.
  2. I want what I do to have a lasting impact after I am done doing it. Throughout my diverse leadership roles I have been able to teach, train, and develop other people. I have passed on my competencies to other people so that they may grow personally and professionally.
  3. I set goals in everything I do. With each macro level goal I have there are always numerous micro level goals that ultimately lead me to achieving the given macro level goal and they are always S.M.A.R.T.
